JORDAN ONNEN
Founder and CEO
Jordan grew up on a farm in Central, MN and was born into an entrepreneurial family. He started his own entrepreneurial journey at the age of 12. Graduating with a Marketing / HR / and MBA degrees, he also attended Stanford University and studied concepts focused on Driving Strategic Innovation.
Throughout his career running multiple companies and touring hundreds of businesses he saw struggling owners everywhere, he soon recognized many companies have a similar set of problems and knew there had to be a solution to help them break through, grow faster, live better, and be more profitable.

As a lifelong learner with a love of helping others he soon founded The Integrative Visionary and started to casually offer his help to friends in the business world. Jordan later realized what he wanted to do long term was to help other business owners take their vision and create healthy, cohesive, and effective organizations. This is now his sole focus and true passion. He loves rolling up his sleeves and personally facilitates all brainstorm and insight sessions.
